We have since grown to include design-build work and energy-efficient maintenance for property management companies. We specialize in quality service. We have experience in new construction, new and remodel tenant work, small commercial and retail, service work, maintenance contracts, re-piping older buildings, and medical facilities. We attend the condo board meetings to aid in decisions on new equipment (booster pumps, water heaters, hydrolic heating, etc.) Other services that we offer are: RPZ testing, clean and rod sanitary sewers, videotape sewers, pump services (domestic, sanitary, circulating, fire, etc.) We are able to pump grease basins of all sizes. We custom design domestic booster pump systems for older buildings for energy savings and effeciency. We employ union plumbers, and we are licensed, bonded, and insured.
